What to Expect

All sessions are held in one set location at the Comox Valley Sports Centre. You can choose between studio backgrounds and environmental backgrounds.

 

A studio image is photographed against a solid backdrop such as white, black, grey, or a solid colour. This creates a clean and classic look that is polished and professional.

 

An environmental image is photographed in a real setting with the background softly blurred so you remain the focus. Environmental looks can be light and airy with bright, soft, neutral tones or dark and dramatic with richer, moodier tones.

 

These options make the sessions versatile and suitable for many uses. Please note that they do not include custom setups such as office looks, coffee shops, or props.

How It Works

Click the Book Now button and select a date and time that works best for you. As part of the booking process, you will fill out a short questionnaire that helps me prepare for your session. The more detail you include, the better I can tailor your session to your needs and goals.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details, location information, and a link to the Headshot Welcome Guide.

On the day of your session, arrive a few minutes early and I will guide you through the process so you feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.

After your session, you will receive a proofing gallery where you can select your two included images. Once you make your selections, I will fully edit and deliver your headshots digitally. Additional images can be purchased if you wish.
